STEP 1: communication:sourcing and advice
Send us your request, such as traveling, accommodation, products, documents shipping, our consultant will reply you within 24 hrs accordingly.
Regarding about product’s information, we need the following characteristics Pictures, Material, Size, Weight, Style, Quantity and other special requirements.
We will review your inquiry and generate a quotation list for you within 48 hrs (Usually EXW price). So that, our clients can calculate their profit and make budget in advance.
STEP 2:trip arrangement
After you confirm your schedule for coming to Yiwu,we will reserve hotel and arrange transportation for you accordingly.When you arrive in Yiwu (Shanghai or Hangzhou airport too), we will pick you up, no matter it is day time or night time.
STEP 3:Business meeting
A business meeting will be organized when you arrived at China, we are going to negotiate our service details (working procedure, payment terms and so on) with you, so that we can make an agreement as early as possible.
STEP 4:market guide
Once agreement done, we will arrange our professional market guider accompany you in the market.we guide you to the right area for choosing the products what you are interest,to make sure communication with no barriers and make notes of all the relevant details you select (price/color/material/size of carton/how many pieces per carton)
STEP 5:order confirmation and deposits
Once you complete all your orders. We will finalize all orders and send you the Proforma Invoice and you can transfer deposit to us via T.T or other preferred payment methods which we can receive it. 30% deposit before placing order.
STEP 6:place the order
After we receive your deposit, we are going to distribute it to all of your providers and commence production.
STEP 7: balance payment
One week before delivery, we will inform you to send 70% balance and we are going to carry out products collection and inspection, as well as we will book the container if you prefer FOB or CIF term.
STEP 8: quality control and shipment
we will do strict QC for your orders, to make sure what you get will be totally same with what you order. Only you are happy with those goods, then we will arrange shipments for you.
STEP 9:documents
Definitely, Documents ( B/L, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Co Etc), services will be offered too. We will ensure that all your products can be cleared from customs without any problem. Normally, 3-5 working days after vessel departure from Ningbo, we will send you the original Bill of Lading, Invoice, and Packing List etc.
STEP 10: after-sale service
In case of any quality issue happen after you receive goods,please send us the relevant pictures or videos within 60 days after receipt of the goods .we will catch the supplier and redeliver the same amount of products with next order or refund accordingly.
